Quick Overview
The Achievement Team process consists of four steps that lead a team through a structured PLC time. The power in the process comes from going beyond just looking at data to a combination of student results, teaching strategies, and leadership support. Refer to Steve Ventura's website for more information on Achievement Teams.
The Achievement Team Template is used for grade level teams that want to utilize a shared digital document to record results of student pre and post assessments as well as minutes from the meeting. Please have one team member select the template to make a copy and then share that copy with the other team members. If assistance is needed, please email David Shimer.
